When you touch your tongue or the inside of your lick do you feeel like loads of little lumps?

the bumps on your tongue are your tastbuds, and the bumps on your inner lip are veins--most likely ^^

firts off, no
dont attempy to numd yourself with random products
second, generally a peircer wotn numb you for peircings, because there not extreemly painfull
and numbing them is unessessary
so you really dont need to bother
if your getting thgis because its something you absouluty love, want and are happy with having a hole in you, then pain should be the last thing on your mind
otherwise
ask the peircer if its possible that they put numbing cream on you before they peirce
but again, if its a profesional, expect a no answer
as its just unessessary
