When will i feel my lip again?

How long will my mouth stay numb after getting my wisdom teeth out? Its been 4 days already! lol. I can't feel the right side of my lip or chin. Its getting so annoying that when I eat I have to constantly check to see if I'm drooling on that side to...

where now the skin is coming off and bleeding... but I still cant feel it. Whats up?!? Thanks

...that sounds like possible nerve damamage, or you just have some REALLY powerful pain killers. You should consult the oral surgeon who performed the extractions.

Yeah I don't know. Its now 5 days and I still can't feel it. I now found out that I can't feel the gums on that side either! So strange!!! I don't know what to do. My foster mom says its normal and to not worry but how can I sit here not being able to feel a part of my face and not worry? I don't know. Its just getting annoying.

...contact your surgeon... I didn't have that problem when mine were extracted.

That's not normal, your not supposed to feel numbness for up to 5 days afterwords, if he tells you not to worry, contact another one.

its been 6 days and its still as bad... I dont know what to do because my foster mom says im just want to get attention... which isnt true... because I cant feel my right side and its a lot more swollen then the left... always has since the surgery. I dont know what to do...
