What are this strange tingeling sensations I feel on my arms and biceps? I get to irritated it feels like something is in their and I just want to tear out my arm mucle tissue. Is it because im anxiouse or what can be the reason?

Dear sourkiss,
There can be several reasons for this; medications, bad circulation from over exercising etc. The body is wonderful in telling us something is wrong so go see your doctor who will run some test.
