Tingly sensation and headaches?

what could cause my arms and legs to feel achy and tingly and have headaches.

plus hot flashes

Sounds like it could be neurological. You should see your Dr and let him know what's going on. Give them a call Monday.

If you are still having these sensations and they have been present for more than an hour and 1/2 have someone drive you to the emergency room so see someone tonight.

I get that a lot. Usually it is when I haven't drank enough water, I get kinda tingly and my head starts hurting. I'm supposed to go see the doctor about it, but health care offices in my city are so busy now, there's no telling when I'll get in. I'm as confused about it as you are, chere.
