What is the point of going past 1st base before your atleast 18?

Hormones, love, rebellion... does it matter? Everyone is different.

What's the point in waiting until you turn 18? When you're ready you're ready, if you have sex the day you turn 18 and you aren't ready, its worse than having sex at 15 if that's when you feel comfortable doing it.
