Depression to me is being sad and not knowing what to do in life. It does not mean killing yourself either- that is suicide. Lol. And paranoia can be part of depression but it does depend what stage you are in depression or how bad it is.

How to overcome depressions:
*solve the problem
*candy/sport/sex (focus on sport)
*doing useful things (for example: helping other people, learn something)
