What to eat? please help

I have my first football practice in about 4 hours I was wondering when I should eat and what? I heard bananas are good but im hungry now and I know it wont fill me up..I was also maybe thinking of eating a peanut butter and banana...

sandwhich.. so give me some foods that will stay down.. (p.s. Dont suggest pasta I have none)

Our coach always gave us a meal high in carbs a few hours beforehand... and salt will help you stay hydrated. Most of the time it was a meal with pasta.
