well even the skinny girls have to practice and get trainers to be that good...you should b careful cause you could do serious damage to yourself if you land wrong...my advice would b to get someone to help you learn.
well whats happening is thats not a natural movement for the body so its not something your used to so you need to become more limber and you need to get someone to help you go through it slowly and let your body get comfortable with this awkward position and eventusally youll be able to do it like its nothing

Trying to learn how to do a back handspring
Okay so for the past little while I have been trying to learn how to do a back handspring
But every time I try my arms give out and I land on my head/neck really hard I dont understand how??? And I dont get how like really really skinny girls can do them but I have muscles and I cant?? Well I just need advice..or peoples storys on learning how
