What stretches can I do for my hip?

I have a track meet tomorrow and my hip has been bothering me very badly. It hurts when I press on a certain area, and it REALLY hurts after I run. Then, it'll hurt the rest of the day just by walking on it. Running seems to trigger it. I need some good stretches and anything else to help it in the meantime until I can get an appointment with my physical therapist. Please help!
