What should I say to my father?

Hey well me and my girlfriend have been going out for 2 years now and while we were at school today my girlfriends sister was cleaning their room and she found a notebook that me and my girlfriend were talking about some sexual things in and both our familys don’t know we do anything besides kiss and her family is jumping to conclusions thinking we are having sex which we are not and im scared to tell my family before her family tells mine. Please help =*(

I would just come out and tell my family my girlfriends family is going to tel you some stuff and they are jumping to conclusions with it! we are not having sex but we have gone a little bit further than sex

I know what you are going thru my boyfriends parents have found texts from me and mine and they were like that

Confront them first. It shows boldness and responsibility. Just please, PLEASE be absolutely sure that he actually DID find It and read it. Been there done that.

just be straight with him, he will respect you more if you tell him. rather than have someone else tell him. trust me.
