What native american food dish to make?

I have an English project due on the 22nd and I have to make a Native American food dish for the entire class. of about 27... plus the teacher... any ideas?? im clueless!!

uhm... homony corn (like soup)
fry bread
... I'm not sure if it has to be more authentic or if you can use contemporary dishes
indian tacos
meat pies
grape dumplings

I would say Indian Tacos would be simple for such a large group. You could even have the class participate by bringing the lettece, tomatos, onions, cheese, and help you prepare the hamburger. The hard part would be to make the fry bread. That is if you have never made fry bread before. Thats a more moderen native dish. Or you could go back and prepare salmon with acorn mush and seaweed and tortillas now thats my favorite.
