hello , have you ever gone to a fast food place and ordered a chicken sandwhich and you notice you look at the patty of meat and it doesnt look like real meat , it looks like webbed or like like a bunch of shavings slapped together I know its not real chicken its what you call processed chicken but I've always wanted to know what they put in it or what they use in replace of the real deal?

Processed chicken is made from real chicken but its been flaked or ground into smaller pieces and formed under pressure to make nuggets or patties.

From the Hormel Foods website the offer the following information:
http://www.hormel.com/templates/knowledge/knowledge.asp?catitemid=27&id=335

They don't go into great detail about the process but it starts with real chicken. After that, its anyones guess.
