What should a 10 year old weigh?

My little sister, Kendra, is dying to know if she is over weight. I keep on telling her that she shouldn't worry about her weight at a young age but she won't let it go. So I need help, Kendra is 10 years old, she is 4 feet 9 inches and weighs 95.8...

pounds. Is she average for a 10 year old? And is she overweight?

her bmi is 20.7 which is perfect.

healthy bmi is between 19 and 25...
she's actually a little on the thinner side (most 10 year olds are)

She has a very very good bmi.. she isn't the least bit overweight. tell her to stop worrying, shes ten and thats the growthspirt age so tell her to expect to gain a little weight for her own well being. shes still growing.
