What's good chinese food?

Anyone know any good chinese food? Like noodles? I love chinese food and haven’t had it in years. Any good ideas?

I had some chicken feet for the first time not too long ago at a dim sum brunch, and they were very good. I’m a big fan of steamed cha siu baau too. Lo mai gai is really good but kind of hard to find outside of chinese neighborhoods.

If you want to taste what chinese restaurants really have to offer, ask to see the chinese menu. The stuff being served to western customers is (for all intents and purposes) the same corn starch sauce served over different meats and noodles. The chinese menu is what they serve to their chinese customers who actually want to to taste some dishes from their homeland, and that’s where the magic happens.

egg fried rice, prawn crackers, singapore rice and chicken chow mein are all rather scrummy :) lol x
