How to use makeup to make my eyes appear more slanted?

Will black eyeliner help? I'm not sure where to appear it to enhance my slant. The inside rim? The outside rim? On the top? th bottom? both?all? thanls xxx

Black eyeliner is a good thing to use when you want to slant your eyes.
Try putting the eyeliner one the outer rim of your eye and draw it to the bottom outer rim, sometimes I do the little cat eye thing so I put a little sideways V between the upper outer rim and the bottom outer rim, I do this all the time and it works
