put Conealer around it. And Dont use Any Black eyeliner one the bottem. but if you feel like it Go ahead and do the top!!! 
Use Mascara too. just dont Use thick. or a lot Of makeup because that will make them Stick out more.
use' Preperation H 'under the eye to reduce puffiness.. let dry and apply make up.. also you can look up ways online.. I am sure there are others!!!

And lately she has started to wear makeup(finally!) and tomorrow she asked me to show her how to do a different type of makeup style. I've already tried some things on her but I want something that will make her puffy eyes look smaller. Any ideas?
