What is that sound that dogs hate?

There is a ringer on your phone that you can get to make dogs get scared when you press it. They run away. It dosent hurt the dog. It just shakes em up. A human cant hear it but a dog can. Does anyone no how to get it?

not sure, I just know it's a really really high pitched sound, like a whistle, but it's too high for human ears to pick up.

It's called a dog whistle. It's so high pitched that humans cannot hear it. It's used to train dogs but it can cause pain.
