what is so good about the wii?

it is fun and everyone wants it so it has bragging rights with it

The wii is fantastic. Here's just a few reasons I've come up with:

Motion sensor gaming- dude, when you play Zelda, you get to use the wii-mote like a sword. How many other games does that happen in?

Online- you can create little people and put them online, meet other people, and buy wii games in the comfort of your living room.

Games- you can buy a variety of games to suit everyone- games like Warioware: Smooth Moves for party games or personal play, Zelda for the more traditional gamer, or Rayman: Raving Rabids for minigames.

Wireless remotes- no cords to get in the way! Plus, you can get charging stations for the wiimotes, so you don't have to keep replacing batteries.

I think the biggest appeal for most people is the fact that Nintendo went in a whole different direction from other games consoles, and made the wii interactive- you're actually doing something when you play, other than just sitting there pushing buttons.

well I think why the wii is so great is because it actually makes people move to play games... some of them are bad games but most are alright... but I think the main reason people are getting a wii is because of super mario galaxy and of course super smash brothers brawl!!!(best game evar)
