Is 5 pounds of muscle noticeable?
I want to know if you guys think it would be noticeable to have 5 pounds of muscle added from lifting weights.My goal is to add a pound or 2 a month of pure muscle and I wanna know that if gained 5 pounds of muscle would it be noticeable I don’t have a lot of fat around my arms so it should make it stand out a little, right? But anyways I would love for some serious answers and links to sites that would have my answer thanks in advance
