What happen if somebody has never seen his father and his father dies do you think that if his father made some money and if he had a house or even an old cheap car
Do you think all that can be claimed by his son that has his last name and proof that he was his father.

If he left a will that would be priority for the distribution of property - if not, you would have to consult an estate attorney for your options...Take care !!
