What does the bible say about women pursuing relationships with men? I know it says that a man who finds a wife finds a good thing...so does that mean he is the one who should do the finding??

I don't think that you should read that too literally. In those days the marriages were much more arranged and so it would be 'the man finding a wife' or even his parents finding a wife for him. But nowadays the situation is different. In my opinion a good Christian will put Jesus first and just make sure that relationships, or looking for a relationship, are under His control.
