well, you need to eat more of the fruits and vegetables than everything but the grains. try to eat less of the junk food like pop, candy, popcorn, etc. .. any thing that is mainly a fatty food. try to eat less fast foods and to get more salads into your diet. if your into running, eat banana's to stop the cramps, and try to follow the food guide (like the food pyramid. i know they changed it recently to even less sugar, less beans and meat, and more dairy, vegetables, and fruits. i think the grains are still about the same)
