Neighbor not the same after an accident

okay about a year ago my neighboor was in a car accident..
ever since then shes been kinda dead...
I mean shes not in a coma or anything shes at her house
but heres whats been happening...
okay so my mom went 2 go watch her real quick she was about to...

leave
but the front door was locked..so she went 2 the back but it was also back so when she came back the front door was closed my neighboor was on the couch just lying there like if she were dead..
okay the second thing that happen was her dautghter was looking after her seeing as how shes completly useless she just lies there like if she were dead..
well she started yelling and like freakin out a few minutes later her neck was purple and bruised...she finally reacted she said she felt someone was choaking her
but the only person there was the daughter... and well the most reason thing that happend is that her husband was painting the house he saw a while shadow all the sudden he tought about her and he went to go look 4 her but she wasnt in bed so they searched outside and soon enough they found her thrown on the floor with a jesus statue shoved down her throat she had no pulse her eyes were wide open...so he toght she was dead closed her eyes but right after that she opened her eyes got up and just walked off like nothing had happend...

so after reading all this do you think it could be a ghost..?
or do you think that shes actually dead but still here?
im really confused about all this actually a little freaked out
so can someone help me or give me and suggestions on what 2 do?

This is a hard one to talk about but someone needs to. First of all, most people do not know how to properly check for a pulse. Second, be cautious there is a lot that is not in this letter not there is enough for you to be carful. If you know God then you should pray to Him in order to know what to do next.

It sounds like she has suffered some mental trauma as a result of the accident and needs to be under the care of a therapist. She is having problems and if not treated may end up harming herself or someone else.
