What are these bumps on my skin?

Every summer I get these bumps on my skin starting from the top of my back to my butt. They're really itchy and I don't know what they are. I've stopped swimming and starting wearing clothes with no tags to try to not irritate them. What are they and how...

do you get rid of them?

Do you have a skin problem call exam a? I have it all I do is rub lotion on it and it usually goes away! If not then I visit a dermatologist! Hope you take my advice! Thanks a lo!

ecema you mean? Yeah, I do. But as you probably already know, it consists of dry skin, not bumpy skin.
