Bump under my skin

I have large bump on my back under my bra line in the center and it is painful always filled with white soft substance inside hard or wet it is dry and squisy on tissue

if burst it always comes back always

it is probably a sist. you might have to get it surgically removed. my mom had one.
if you pop it you have to get to the core and get everything out of it so it wont come back.

You probably have a cyst. It's no big deal, just take a visit to your doctor to get him/her to check it out. If treated properly, cysts are relatively easy to take care of! But make sure to go to the doctor's as soon as you can, if they're left untreated, they can get infected, just like a cut or a pimple can.
