And since when did AMON AMARTH become screamo? Am I that old that I didn't even realize one of my favorite bands switched genres, because I could have sworn this thread was about screamo, not a death/viking metal band. Hatebreed, Immortal, Emmure and most certainly not Acid Bath (one of the greatest hardcore/doom fusions ever) are screamo bands.

Lol, he asked for screamo bands... dude, most new day music is screamo before they go mainline... so look for underground bands that haven't been noticed yet, Emmure, From Autumn to Ashes, Alesana, As I lay dying, Haste the day, Bullet for my Valentine(my fave), static lullaby, coheed and cambria, hopes fall, poisen the well, and the bled... are all good. Atreyu, killswitch engage, avenged sevenfold, all used to be screamo however, sadly went mainline and aren't soo hardcore.
