Well it depends on a lot of factors. Its different for everyone. Strength of the relationship, success in life (own house? career?) , financial situation, etc. I would say on average, late twenties. No earlier than 25.

Whenever you have found a person to share a child with, and you are stable enough with your money situation to raise a child in a healthy environment.
For most people thats usually in their mid twenties.

Mid to late 20s, once you're financially stable... A lot of women are waiting till their early thirties so they can further their careers, problem is biologically the clock is ticking... Not only is it harder to conceive, but the kid has a higher chance of having problems...

Mid to late twenties, because before that people have not attained emotional maturity as well as financial maturity. The cruel joke is that any one with a fully functioning pen*s or a vag*na thinks they are ready to have children.

Yeah I think it's different for many people too. It often depends how long you have been with the person you want to have kids with. You should probably be with them 2-3 years so you are comfortable with them. I think anywhere in the 20-30 range is fine but not below that. I have seen people 14 that have children and it disgusts me because that's wayyy too young. Make sure you are comfortable before you go at it. I'm 13 right now, and I could never see myself having a baby until im at least 23.

It really depends on the situation. But any age younger than 17 is a no go. You need to be mature. Need to have a loving boyfriend, fiancee, or husband. you need to be financially stable.
