well sleeping through the night is REALLY important.. I used to do the same thing you do but I started like gaining weight from being tired all the time so I went to the doc and asked for seroquel.. now I can fall asleep whenever I want to!! yay... but dont nap unless you have something to wake you up again afterwards like adderall or if you like coffee

ok SO I USUALLY BACK FROM SCHOOL AROUND3 IN THE AFTERNOON AND ILL TAKE A NAP [[SINCE IM SO TIRED]] AROUND 4 OR 5 PM THEN I WAKE UP AROUND 8 OR 9 AND DO MY HOMEWERK TAKE A SHOWER TALK ON THE PHONE EAT DO THE THINGS I NEED TO DO,, THEN END UP GOING BACK...
TO SLEEP AROUND 12 OR 1 AM..
IS THAT BADD?? IS IT BETTER JUST TO SLEEP STRAIGHT THROUGH THE NIGHT? BUT WHAT CAN I DO?? IS THIS REALLY AFFECTING ME BADLY? HOW MANY HOURS OF SLEEP AM I REALLY GETTTING?
