Most people I know don't spend that much on clothes in a year.

it depends on what you buy with it I mean if you go to stores like Hollister and places like that no its not really a lot of money but if you like to get things that you think are confottable like me from walmart then thats quite a bit of money

yes, its WAY too much
epecially when those brands dont even make real school clothes
if it was to spend on actual school clothes (when you have a required uniform)
yes its too much
if it was just to buy normal clothes for you to wear to school
its still too much
a 13 year old doesnt need $1,200 worth of clothes just for school
sounds like a complete waste of money to me
