Maybe he likes how you look. My boyfriend loves my body... I'm not happy with it.
You don't loose weight THEN feel better about yourself.
You need to feel better about yourself first.

I really hate my butt... but he says it's his favorite part!

maybe cause he likes you the way you are and dont want you to change...or maybe he thinks if you do lose then you might want someone else or they might want you .

because he already loves you and he doesn't think you need to change yourself to be happy.

Well maybe your husband just loves you, the way you already are. He doesn't see anything wrong with you. Because he loves you. And maybe he doesn't want you to change. He's happy with your body, so why shouldn't you be?
