im doing the same thing, im trying to loose weight for summer and I've tried this awesome diet sort of thing that actually helped me loose like 4 pounds in ... 4 days! so if your like me, it will be easy to loose weight by just eating a lot of fruits and veggies for a few days. But instead of eating big meals of fruits and veggies, eat smaller portions at different parts of the day so you dont get hungry and crave for...anything unhealthy. And all I do is drink water so I think that might help. Drink freezing cold water, too, because I heard cold water burns off calories. bUt you can eat other stuff as well, just anything that you believe is healthy. Excersize also helps.. haha but for me I didn't do any but still lost pounds

I want to lose some weight before I go to Florida.
So I have about a month.
Does anyone have any good diet plan for me?
This excludes anorexia and bulemia and a crash diet!!!
Just a really healthy diet where I can lose a good amount of weight a week, to look good in a bikini.
