Ways to reduce stress/being afraid in school?

Something happened with another girl at school about three weeks ago; she started to bully me, like pushing me and hitting me. I told teachers and talked to people in the office, and she did get in trouble for it but I’m still afraid to go to school. That’s not really the only reason, another reason is I’m afraid of my english teacher. She likes to intimidate me and call me stupid, then make fun of me because my self-esteem is so low. I came into school very confident but now that all this has happened I’m scared and very stressed. For example, on the weekends and during holiday breaks, my face is completely clear. When I go back to school, I break out, and whenever I talk to my english teacher I shake. My mom said my breaking out is a sign of stress…so does anyone know how I can reduce my stress level or stop being so afraid to be in school?

First of all… WHAT THE HELL KINDA SCHOOL YOU GO TO?!?!?! They should help if you’re being bullied, and teachers aren’t supposed to call you stupid!!! Tell the principal, nothing else will help much. And if you’re young like 15 or something, you may not want to tell the principal, but it really is the best thing to do. I’m 15 with a mind of a 40 year old. I hope you can trust me. Good luck on everything.
