ok so I could drink cranberry juice that flushes out toxins
Well really all it does is fill up your stomach (if you drink a lot of it) so supposedly you won't feel hungry...thats how it would help you LOSE weight. But water is more important in other things like cleaning out wastes and for cellular repair - which is why its good for toning...when you lift weights/use your muscles a lot, the small muscle fibers break and new/larger and stronger muscle fibers grow back. All cells need water to grow so I guess thats why its important for toning.

eat a lot of ice.
It helps cravings, and helps so you wont eat a lot.
I heard water is good for your skin and fights cravings. or what you people say it makes you full. =][= and it yummy when cold. lol
