umm if you have chopsticks and tape, make them into a cone shape. with the cone you made put it on top of your head and make your hair cover it up completely and use a hairband at the top. It'll look like a single huge hairspike on your head.
Any sort of cone shape will work not just chopsticks and tape.

tease it. or, if you don't want to put that much effort into it, get some hair spray (the color kind) from the dollar tree and go crazy!

I agree with Bombness666.
Thats what I did for mine, I tease my hair super messy and huge, Then spraypainted it gray and green..
Lets just say I had the best hair. xD
