Okay. Go get some STRONG hairspray, because you said you hair's being stupid.
Does your hair straighten/curl? Straighten one side, curl the other.
Look up on google how to do cindy-loo-who hair, because that's always awesome.
Go to any party store, and get some weird coloured wash-out die (it's in a can that looks like hairspray) and don't worry, it washes out after 3 showers max.

Ok... for guys...
I've seen orange/blue gel if you have black or brown hair (plus it looks HOT if you spike it with that. )
I've also seen those fake clip-on ponytails you can get at claires or icing. It works best if you get on the oppisite of what your hair colour is.
If you spike your hair, put girly clips on each spike.
