How to help a crying baby?

hw you can hel a crying baby?

Answer #1

PUT IT IN SOMETHING WARM, TAKE IT IN THE KITCHEN, AND TURN ON THE FAUCET. LET THE WATER RUN. IT SHOULD STOP CRYING.

Answer #2

WHAT A NUTTER LOL. Why not ask what you can do to relieve boredom??

Answer #3

this is what always helped me when mine was young, stand up, turn off all the lights and make sure everything around you is quiet. Take the baby in that rock-a-bye hold(you know the one where you like..cradle them) make sure there nice and warm and just walk slowly back and forthmaybe even try singing gently. Stay calm though because babies can feel your every emotion.

Answer #4

sounds like wind. I used to put mine over my lap on there tummy and they will keep crying for a while but the wind will go it seems to help them bring it up or at least make it not so uncomfortable. mine loved it when I sang o them and drew lightly in there faces. good luck its hard ..

Check the obvious first…Wet? dirty? cold? If baby is breastfed it may need to nurse. If baby is formula fed, try warming the bottle slightly. If baby’s stomach feels tight and hard it probably has gas. A warm bath can relieve stomach pains. Also try sitting on the sofa with the baby across your leggs and gently patting their back can help. Another option is Malacon or infant gas relief drops which are available over the counter, ask dr. before use, but typically safe. Remember a warm swaddled baby feels safe and happy! Wrap it in a warm baby blanket and lay it on your chest. GENTLY pat baby’s back, singing and humming also helps! Good Luck & God Bless Mel

Answer #6

Very likely if you checked the obvious signs he/she might have bad gas. My husband used to put the baby on his leg and rotate him on his bottom in a clockwise motion. This helped him get the gas out. I used to give my daughter chamomile tea which has no caffeine and since you boil the water it is safe. Just let the tea get lukewarm and put it in the bottle. It helps soothe the stomache. Mama K

Answer #7

if the baby has just been born it might need to be swaddled =) that always helps, it reminds them of the womb Or it could be at the age where they are teething and might have a tooth coming in.. then some baby ora-jel would help. Could be gas.. laying them on there stomach and rubbing there back will help relieve that. Gentle rocking, singing, humming, turning of the lights. pretty much what everyone else is saying.

Answer #8

So why put your question if you havunt got no baby…why waste peoples time???

Answer #9

I think they just found out rolls eyes @ them.

Answer #10

So whose baby is crying? Your next door neighbour?

Answer #11

Make sure they aren’t hungry, or have a dirty diaper. Or maybe they have an upset tummy.

Answer #12

I would try humming, rocking some babies like to listen to that white noise on the tv, riding in a car helps to. Don’t forget to try holding them so they can hear your heartbeat.

Answer #13

Hold it, speak softly to it, bounce it gently or slowly rock side to side. Give it some food, and sit on a sofa with it. Sing to it, too :)
