I don't know of any vitamins that you can take to help lose weight. The reason vitamins are recommended when you are trying to lose weight is because you may be dieting and therefore not getting all the necessary vitamins that your body needs.
I'd recommend a multi-vitamin/mineral that has most all the vitamins and minerals, maybe also a calcium tablet and an iron pill if the multi-vitamin doesn't have over 100 percent of the necessary iron requirement.
never heard of vitamins that help with weight loss...
if you go on a diet it is probably a good idea because you're probably not getting all your nutrients, but I've never heard it actually helping to lose weight...
vitamins dont work
as everone else says
if your loosing weight or just not getting the nutrients you need for other reasons
then theyll be prescribed and given to you to help get those nutrients back

vitamins dont help lose weight...I would sugest a diet pill you can get these from nutrition and vitamin stores along with healthy eating and exercise

What vitamins should I take to help me in my weight loss quest. I've heard that you have 2 take like calcium or multi or somethin...some kind of vitamins will help you lose weight. WHICH and HOW MUCH?
