Does anyone know any good vampire books and movies

Try some classics, like Bram Stoker and Ann Rice. Twilight looks like a simplistic children's storybook in comparison to these classics.

Good movies are Van Helsing, Blood And Chocolate and 30 Days of Night.

If you are looking for a good book on a culture that is defined typically as vile and bloody I would consider the Drizzt Do'Urden series. Basically the same concept only a different setting. Its not about vampires but a race of what are called Dark Elves Drizzt was one that defied his people and way of life to lead a noble life. The story follows a young Drow elf and his panther companion trying to prove to the world that he is unlike his evil counterparts. Anyway its worth a look into.
