These spirits wont leave us alone

okay heres the deal. Me and my cousin have this thing that attacks us. Its like a spirit or something. She gets it worse than I do but I want to know how to control it. She has seen things and I've only heard things and seen shadows. How can I get them...

to stop attacking us? I get scared and I dont know what to do. Recently shes left her body. What do we do if something happens like that. How can we get these spirits to leave us alone. Please Help!!!

There are a number of different religious rituals you could perform to make you feel better. But I think if you really face it you'll realize its all in your head. For years I believed in the spirit world and performed many wiccan rituals to banish negative spirits. I know realized that these rituals were a plasebo. These work because you believe they work. Trust me I know how you feel I've been there. But face what it is your imagination running wild and it will go away

I had a spirt slam a door in my face
I cryed then I prayed and everytime
he came back around I would pray
and he would be gone I think it was
a little boy because my lil brothers toys
would be in his toy bin then when we come back home
it would be every where and the toys would be singing

the world is full of energies- what you need to figure out is how this energy came to be in your area.

my advice is to consult a wiccan in your area and see if they can help.

I have had experience with the out of body stuff as well as the shadows- first figure out how this came to be, and then you can formulate a plan to banish it.

do not consult a wiccan.what you need to do is go to church!and pray!im not religious or anything buh I dont thing a wiccan is the best way to go.

As jester x says, any ritual you do will be based on the placebo effect, and that includes going to church and praying.

I agree that your situation is yet another case of a person's mind playing tricks on him or her. First, you admit you've never seen them, and any sighting of them is based on hearsay (your cousin). Second, you claim to have heard them. What exactly is it you think you've heard, and are there other, more logical explanations? Third, shadows...it's almost impossible to tell what something is just by seeing its shadow. Depending on where you are and what the lighting is, a bird, mouse, or cat could cast a very large shadow as it runs by.

been there, and it can get worst if you let it,I tried everything and the only thing I found would work is to find a good bible beliveing church ( church of God) and tell the minister what up pray with him ask the lord into your heart and the spirit will leave, like I said I been there, the best part when you have the lord on your side you can tell the spirits to leave and they will, you will also be able to ask in his name ( jesus) anything and it will be done, it works

Ignore all people who say it is a play of mind. They have no clue what they are talking about. Pray to Jesus and rebuke it in His name. That is the only way you can be relieved.
