The 3 birds pokemon platinum

I just found out that I can catch the 3 rare birds, what type of poke'ball should I use to catch them? I love them and I would like to know what ball would work best with them

the best balls are obviously master balls
because theyll catch any pokemon
apart from them everything else might take a while (and a few-lot of balls) to catch
ultra balls work pretty well
as long as you weaken the pokemon first and if you can paralize it or put it to sleep
bringing its stats down, like its attack, defence and accuracy will also help a lot

Dude! I love using just pokeballs! They are cheap and work great a lot of the time! They may miss a lot on rare pokemon, but if you can get the pokemons accuracy down and then just put it to sleep and get it's health really low then your golden!

actually the masterballs can miss some of the time, although its got like a .03% chance of happening. The problem when you go after them, is they run away, so get a Noctowl and Golbat (or Crobat, doesnt matter) and teach the Noctowl hypnosis and the Golbat (Crobat) mean look. then after you find it once, use noctowl first in your invintory and use hypnosis. it should still run away, but now it will be asleep the next time you find it. have golbat switch to the front and when you see the pokemon again, use mean look and slowly drain its health. dont use any big moves, just to be safe. another idea for the health draining is to teach it false swipe if posible, because it leaves the pokemon with atleast 1 health left.

as for the ball, it depends on what time of the day you try to catch it. I suggest using duskballs at night and sticking with ultra balls in the day. its also possible to use a fast ball, but I wouldnt recomend it, because you'd have to use it first turn for it to be at its best, which means only one shot.
