Good thinking, I should have thought of your browser being the culprit.
If I were you, I'd use Mozilla Firefox instead of Explorer. It's more secure and has fewer bugs. I love it, personally. It's free, so you should install it and watch videos from it instead. It should work if the problem was Explorer.

Why isn't internet video working?- thanks!
Well, I think it may something to do with Internet Explorer since often when I close it and then open again the Internet video works normally (I.e. I can see both ads and content of the report)
