No, two toned hair colors look bad unless they are highlights in my opinion.

no, personally I dont think it would look nice atall to be honest with you. highlights would look better on you. two toned hair is nasty and looks pathetic. but its up to you, if you wanna look like a nob then go ahead.

Two toned hair looks cheap on anyone. If you want to go bright rather try highlights, but maybe not that red with your skin tone.

Two toned hair is not cheap or tacky. You just need to use the right colors.
Red wont look good on you. Especialy if you already have highlights. Your hair will look like a mess of colors. You should try dying your hair one dark color. Then try a lighter color on the bottom if you want.
