Does a tattoo on the foot hurt?

Ok my mom wont let me get a tattoo until im 16 and im 15 right now! She said I wont be able to handle the pain! So does a tattoo on the foot hurt?

Tattoo's that are on sensitive skin and on skin close to the bone hurt more then tattoo's that are on fleshy parts of the body.

Personally I think that you should wait till you're older...the older you get the more your tastes change and something that you think will fit you now and then won't necessarily make you happy later.

My brother got a tattoo of a sting ray on his foot (he was stung there by one). He also has 5 other tattoo's and he said that one hurt the most. As for getting a job when you have a tattoo? I have 5 and I've never had anyone ask me if I have them, my brother works in a hospital, and he is the head of the pharmacy department...he also was never asked if he has tattoo's. An employer can not discriminate against someone because they have tattoo's, it's against the law.

Dont get a tattoo, I know a lot of job application ask if you have one. And a lot of times even if you can cover them you still wont get the job even if your qualified. Dont get one!

It depends on your pain tolerance - I have 8 tattoos, most didn't hurt, but the one on my foot killed, I almost felt like passing out.

I have four tatts and the foot was crazy painful I almost cried...but I took it and it was like an hour session and I said I would never get anything on the same foot nor the other...lol.

HELL YEAH!! it feels like your vagina ripping when a baby comes out. just imagine you tearing. well its hitting around your bone. I just got a tat on the side of my foot between my ankle bone and big toe. the higher he went the more pain I had to intake. I could not stop shaking. I started sweating. but you might handle it differently. I had drank a bottle of patrone so that totally killed my buzz. but all I can say is try it and bring some support to ease the pain

I had one on saturday and it absolutely killed!!! I had one on my back 3 years ago which was sore but I coped. The one on my foot (being 3 days later) is still agony. I cant walk properly it feels worse than when I broke my foot. DONT DO IT!!!
I'd rather break my legs arms and ribs in one go than go through that again!!
