In a tanning bed,how long to you go the first time

My Mom for the first time she went for about 15 mins and got a nice tan. I Have never gone taning but I sy about 15 mins.

dude I just went for the first time about two weeks ago, only go for about 6 minutes.. as you keep going than you'll go higher in time, and you'll switch to a more advanced bed.

6 - 7 minutes for your first time.

no more than 10 mins if you have never been before and thats if you dont sunburn easily..remember to use sunscreen on your face tho or else you will have a nice tan but noone will notice b/c of your sunburnt face!!

it will vary from shop to shop check with the shops supervisors for strength but start off slowly and then build up also using tanning accelorators you can buy from the shops
