How to get my friend out of the house for a surprise party?

I am throwing a 'surprise 16th birthday party' for my Best Friend which is a girl. And I don't know what to do for it, and one thing that makes it hard is she isn the most active or motivated person in the world, she doesn't like to do a lot of things.

Can see how difficult this will be, and I also need a damnnn GOOD reason for her to leave her house without her knowing about her party. Any suggestions that DO NOT include a computer, Ohh and her birthday is in Febuary. here are some things besides the computer that she like. Harry Potter, DVD games(blahhh), chillin ( couch potatoe style), and watching movies.

PS: when you ask her what she likes to do she will say movies and music(what the f*ck) Oh welll Any suggestions are welcome thanks all

Peace XO

She's your best friend?

Doesn't sound like it. You just talked more crap about her than anyone else I've ever seen on this site. Talking crap about her routine, what she likes to do, and you don't seem to have anything in common (saying 'blah' and 'what the fu*k' near her interests signifies this..)...

XD You're just like me and my friends, but I'm in the opposite situation usually. Anyways here's what you do. you get another person to take her shopping browsing through CD's or something just see what they can find. (best for a parent so they can kind of force her out) But of course get the parent to take her off on some wild search for something unknown until you're ready for the party, which then you call the parent and use code-words that have been pre-determined so it makes things seem natural. Of course that's my own personal crazy plot scheme thing which can easily be ruined by one little thing.
