Find a teachers edition math book. You have the answers to check your work by. Try working the problem out, see if you are right, if not work it out again until you get the correct answer. Keep it up until it is easily completed. I don't know why math isn't taught this way. You shouldn't have to wait until your mind is cold the next day to see if you are solving a problem correctly.
Practice, practice and practice. Ask your teacher if you dont understand.. These are what I do to study maths. ^^

I usually summarize my notes (like equations and stuff) put them on one page so that I have a quick reference... then like she said, practice practice practice...
By continuously writing out the equations and knowing when to use them.
Find some practice problems that are going to be similar to the ones on the test. Also, if you check out your math book's website, they have some practice reviews, games and quizzes.

what's the best way to study for a math test? I know this sounds wierd but I don't know how to study and I suck at math.
