Don't freak out! It's okay. Whatever you write doesn't have to be final, if you don't like it then you can delete it and start over. Just sit in front of the computer and let all your ideas of things you want to put into the story flow. Type everything in your head and get it out there then you can start looking through it and trying to get it organized into some kind of time-line or outline that makes sense.

It might help to just start writing a random scene, an interaction between the characters or something. You don't have to write everything in order, and once you get going you might decide that you want to go back and change stuff anyways. Whenever I'm writing, I'll re-read it and end up changing a lot of the stuff.

Like I said, everything you write isn't set in stone, you can always change it if you don't like it so theres no need to get yourself too worked up! happy

Just take a moment and think about what you are really trying to put forth in whatever it is that you are writing. You can easily get tangled up in all the little minute, and believe it or not, frivolous details. Don't stress out or become to concerned about leaving these little ideas out, because they will come back to you when the time is right. You have to trust in your ultimate ability to communicate what it is that you wish to convey and put some real time into pre writing, focus a bit less on trying to write down everything that you are thinking and concentrate on the main points. A good outline will practically write your piece for you. I hope this advice was useful, but if not, and you have additional questions, contact me and I'll see if I can't walk you through some steps to victory.

I write by thinking of every moment as a scene in a movie. I write like I am watching my ideas and then it all makes sense. I dont know if that will help, but it was the only advice I could add to rubytoosday's answer because that was some good advice

remember when you were in elementary or middle school, and they made you do them circles before you write a story? start like that. write an idea and branch off of it. write down the characters, the theme of the story, any ideas about it. after you get it all out then try to put it in order.

Google what to do when you have writers block or writers block

This will help with exercises to get your writing to flow.

Have faith that it will happen and it will. Anger is bad energy and blocks any kind of flow but you know that don't you?
