You would be surprised at how many second hand stores have prom dresses. I only wore some of mine once, twice at the most, I took prom dresses, pagent dress and bridesmaid dress to these types of shops. And all of my dresses came from a Bridal Botique. Heck you may even try e-bay

Forecer21 and DEB! happy I got my winterball dress at DEB! Omg they have the BIGGEST selection of dresses and sooo Manu different cool styles and colors that I hadda hard time chosing just one LOL But forever21 is also wicked awsum because they have funky cool things !
