Q: What are the side effects of shrooms?

A: If you insist on picking them from the wild, remember that they grow in cow fields, right out of steaming cow patties. YUM! I'm not going to lie, I tried them (and picked them) when I was younger. Go to your local library for a book on mushrooms...that way you'll be able to distinguish the poisonous from the psychedelics. I had a close friend eat the wrong type of mushroom, and she was HORRIBLY sick, had a bad trip, and was taken to the hospital to have her stomach pumped. She basically threw up for 5 hours before calling 911. Talk about embarrassing. Lol, I think I'll call her and roust her about it right now!
