Split ends! what do i do to get rid of them?

So I've been hot ironing and blowdrying my hair so it will get sraighter - normally my hair is a giant poof ball. But I ve been noticing a ton of split ends. What kind of shampoo or hair therapy treatment would you recommend to get rid of them??

Nothing will get rid of split ends but a trim. Damaged hair can only be reconditioned so much. Once it's actually to the point of splitting it's past repair. You can use conditioners and serums that will coat your hair and seal the split ends for a while...but that's not a cure

one easy way of getting rid of them is cuting them of. just get a short trim. after that, to maintain the no split ends use a ceramic iron because its much much healthier than a normal one because it doesnt damage you're hair. Blowdry is just bad for you're hair and ther are no alternitives. Just wash you're hair at night so in the moring wen its dry take a shower but dont wet you're hari and iron you're hair so u dont have to use blowdry because if u use a good iron u wont need a blowdry when its dry.

not a big deal.best place is the salon go and get your hair trimed and never use a blow dryer or a straighter.it will make it much to frizzy.use a regular conditioner.and let it dry on its on

Go get your hair trimmed don't straighten it before you go. Just the very ends where your split ends are. Ask the stylist what kind of shampoo and conditioner would be good for your hair type. Then when you take a shower wash your hair with a shampoo. Just a shampoo don't get the shampoo and conditioner mixed together get the separate bottles. Than every other night use conditioner on your hair only putting it on the ends avoiding the top of your head or the roots.

i would say first gett a hair cut or trim to get rid of your split ends now then to prevent more from coming use some kind of iron protector cream that you put on your hair after you take a shower then it prevents the iron from damaging your hair

u hve to stop the with the straighting iron as well as the blow dryer nd dont use hair sprayy or hair gel theyy just make ur hair dryy out nd theyy cause split ends just leave ur hair natural for about a week nd message me with wat happens .. good luck ! =]

get your hair cut or trimmed to get rid of them and don't straighten your hair as much. when you do straighten it, get hair creame or hair spray that protects hair from heat. also, deep condition.
